Suzy Ultman
A born storyteller, Suzy is an illustrator, product designer, toy creator, and bookmaker of sophisticated and simple objects that inspire young and old alike. Her signature products celebrate play, creativity, connection, and community in the world around us. Suzy‘s Jewish stories and products are inspired by her childhood growing-up in a tight-knit Jewish community in central Pennsylvania. From an early age, she spent every Friday night welcoming Shabbat with dinner at her grandparents’ home. The smell of matzah ball soup and challah still lingers in her memories. Suzy baked her love of the Jewish holidays, traditions, and community into her family life and work. She's passionate about reflecting a contemporary Jewish lifestyle through creating fun, whimsical Jewish products with modern flare.
